Any of those Cuog fuckers like the Prez and AD who colluded in denying Rolo an exemption might have some personal exposure. Not a pretend lawyer but my guess is * REAL * lawyers throw everything and the kitchen sink into named defendants and then the judge tosses them out as need be.

For all the pretend lawyers out there. I guess the proper legal phrase is appellant vs. appellees.
