The time to sell in the NBA is now. Their next TV deal won't even be close to what they just fleeced ESPN out of and that adds another billion or so to the valuation, maybe more.
For some of these owners like her that have been around the league forever, the last 5 years of politics and how Silver has managed the league has to be a huge concern as well.
