I was at a toxic borderline abusive job for 7 years. Covid hit and we had to work from home. Started walking multiple times a day. Spent the first few weeks ranting and angry. Another few weeks processing and accepting. Week 5 - while walking got some absolute clarity and turned in my resignation from a terrible job.
I bought a sheet for my bed that plugs into the ground part of the outlet next to my bed. The first three nights I had it were the best sleep in a decade.
Also a huge fan of going barefoot when possible. I can feel the difference when walking around in grass or ankle deep salt or mountain lake water.
About 20% of what Bryan Johnson says is really good advice and the rest of it is just that he's a fucking nut job and should go out and start actually living his life with his money and stop trying to be a lizard person.
Cool he doesn't intake alcohol/weed and stuff, but then he'll drink a 300mg cold brew at 6pm and laugh about it..
He also just looks really, really unhealthy man. I watched the netflix documentary and he has a lot of good advice, I'm just going to stop at that point because dev-braining health and wellness is not something I'm interested in, especially if you look like you have AIDS.

Walking is awesome.
It really helps with stress, anger, sadness etc.
It is astounding to me how many employers gaslight the fuck out of their employees.
walking on the beach as I read this. Cool story bro.
It doesn’t seem like you are actually on the beach.
You should go practice some grounding. ‘Tis also good for the soul.
.
yes true. That shot was above it.
I’ve been trying grounding a bit lately, have a cousin who does it daily. You believe in it it sounds?

So yes, I’m very much on board w grounding.

I’ll give it a shot more consistently. Been going barefoot for upper body calisthenics lately and walk in the grass between sets.
Always looking to improve sleep.
How long until we are all sleeping in oxygen chambers Michael Jackson style?!
I have access to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber I intend to add to the treatment protocol.

Do hyperbaric chambers make you LGBTQ+ tho? TITTT
Nothing’s changed with me!

People forget Big Wellness is a yuge industry just like Big Pharma.
