Seems like a pretty basic concept. Except that isn't how authoritarians think. If you want an electric vehicle, fine, I just don't want to pay for it. Leftards want me to pay for it and take away my right to drive an internal combustion vehicle. If you want to eat tofu, go for it. But they want to ban meat proteins.
