The solution is politically impossible right now ~ the ability to gamble on line has diluted the attractiveness of horseracing… need to incorporate on site gambling full menu sports books and full menu casino operations with the ability to watch live racing + great food and drinks. That will never happen in Seattle or at least won't happen until horse racing is long since dead.
Its unfortunate from my perspective ~ I've had 100 great times at the track watching live racing ~ love horse racing, miss the crowds the sport used to generate, would love to see the changes needed to restore the sport.
