I looked over the roster and maybe 20% - 30% are from out of state, but mostly from Oregon. We? get the occasional FBS washouts still looking to play. But mostly the team is composed of talented Washington athletes too small to play in D1. That's still big though. The small guys are in D3 and NAIA.
D2 has scholarships, just a lot fewer and I think they split them up.

Chinteresting. Is Central in a conference with a bunch of Midwest schools?
One would think that's a huge recruiting advantage for Central to grab any kids west of the Rockies.

D2 is like seeing a good small band, whereas even the PAC2 is arena rock. Both good. It's a different experience though.
