Maybe under Chip, your beliefs about the talent gap would be true. From what I've seen, there isn't a large gap. I would take UW's roster over Oregon's excluding QB. There is also a huge gap at RB. UW has a substantially better front 7, the slightly better out of the dreckfest OL's.RaceBannon said:

Talking about the ten wins in a row a false narrative. It doesn't tell the whole story. UW went through the worst stretch in their history while Oregon went though it's best. The odds of that happening were low and even lower in the future. Shit, most teams had a several game win streak going against UW, it wasn't that hard. Add to that Oregon was beating everyone. I think they have a 10-2 record against UCLA since 2000. In 2006 and 2007 Oregon was average. But UW sucked ass. In the Sark years, UW was average, but Oregon was at the top of their game. It's been a while since both teams were either both petty good, or pretty shitty at the same time. -

I'm doogin' so hard on this game.
We've improved week by week in all areas of perceived deficiency (fire kwitikoski anyone? ) and i expect the best version of Petersen's huskies to arrive in autzen.
I think this throw back 20 year anniversary gives us some weird juju, and our northwest frost get up is filthy.
I really think danny Shelton is about to cement himself as a first rounder. I think he is going to murder the stoner lined up across him and fuck this game up for the classy Hawaiian mariota.

Race deserves credit, but there's a little myth involved there. If you go listen to the episodes, when we were 3-6 he predicted they would lose out. Of the last 11 years, this is UW's best chance to win. OR's Oline is beat up, WA's D line is big and strong. UW's O isn't very good, but Oregon's D is worse than it has been in all 11 meetings. Petersen is the best coach UW has had in the 11 meetings; OR has a new(er) HC, OC and DC.... OR lost at home to AZ...
