Not from here, but I was expecting the typical narratives of "Is Jedd going to be able to keep Raiden Vines-Bright through the 2025 season now!?" type of shit.
The highlight of the event was the 5 ⭐ OL showing up with a shit-eating grin on his face and Michael Penix going around talking to all the recruits that were there.
The most common alignment along the OL, from L-to-R, was Carver Willis, Paki Finau, Landen Hatchett, Center, and Drew Azzopardi. Maximus McCree was the next man up at the tackle positions and seemingly could play his way into the lineup. It sounds like LG is the least settled position, but any of the interior spots could see quite a bit of rotation. Zach Hennig, John Mills, and Champ Taulealea all saw lots of reps, especially at guard. Michael Watkins was the first spring transfer out, but many bodies remain on the OL, arguably too many given the total scholarship numbers. Given the need for improvement and a new coach here, it’s not surprising to see some very different alignments and more questions to still answer but they are ready to rumble
not gonna lie… doogin a little about the D’s potential. Just feeling like the DC is going to get more from less. Also, having 8 truly playable down linemen is huge. If those guys can rotate and be somewhat serviceable they will wear people down and be fresher as the game goes on. We shall see.

Nothing.
We?

Nothing else mattered.

The OL will be fine. Not top of conference but good enough.
Give Demond 2-5 seconds and get in the way of defenders so Coleman has a lane, yeah, they will be good enough but not great

It won’t matter at home, the North Side upper deck will bring the thunder. OSU and Oregon are cooked, don’t bring no rookie QB’s into the madness
