That's not true. I have a few UK-based watch brands that I like seeing updates from and all said they would not be passing the tariff along to US consumers.

These are direct to consumer sales. There's not a third-party importing these products.

Still wrong. Either less gets imported or clearing prices get lowered to account for tariffs for foreign companies lose market share. They pay most of it to avoid losing market share.
