Kali limiting and shutting down refineries keeps prices up. When 21% of refining capacity closes completely prices will skyrocket and supply will be limited. Demonrat lawfare. Commie moves. All to hurt Trump and the USA. Our resident commies want the great reset.

Isn’t part of the issue with Kali that there’s some ingredient that they must have or can’t have that no other states require which limits their supply from that angle?

Not that I know of. Everyone has ethanol fuel now. Usually 10%.

That's part of it but not the big part. The big part is taxes and environmental regulations that can't be met. Also, switching refineries from petroleum oil to processing soy bean oil into bio diesel is incredibly lucrative because of the green's massive tax credits and incentives to take petroleum refineries offline and convert the to convert food into an energy product which is about as stupid and inefficient as it sounds.
