Driving drunk is a known problem for ol' Horse Head.
He also had another case tossed in the 80's because he wasn't quite drunk enough to prosecute.

There was one other part but I cannot remember if it applied to John Elway or Dave Wyman. But Herb claimed he challenged one of them to a ping pong match. If Herb won, the guy would have to come to UW. Herb lost. I'm guessing that the ping pong match actually happened and Herb did make that comment but it was never real stakes like that.
