Milroe will be the Hawks Tush Push guy until it gets banned. A few snaps at H back with another back and he can go in motion or drift out of the backfield and be another outlet for Donald since the line sucks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the hawks carry 3 quarterbacks and the OC can see what he has in Milroe as a project while Donald is guaranteed 2 years. His in game snaps won’t be at qb imo.
Probably, but I hate Schneider's moves. Every year something happens that's just nails on a chalkboard. Last year it was hiring Grubb and then immediately firing him because you look like an idiot hiring a down-field passing OC while not bothering to provide the personnel for it.
This year it's the "Hey everyone says this QB isn't even a Power 2 starter so I'm going to draft him." tryhard move. Not to mention the Miami tight end and then some fcs lineman. Dude thinks he's a genius from a draft 15 years ago while not fixing his most obvious roster problem as a lite troll job.
Most of Schneider’s decisions went through Pete so I think it’s time for him to sink or swim but Jon didn’t have the final call until last year. I’m not giving him a pass but his HC decision seems promising.
The one thing they have done is always trading down for extra picks, this move consistently annoyed me. Steve Hutchinson scouts their OLine for the Hawks and he raves about their 1st pick in an interview I listened to. They took 2 or 3 TEs in the draft which was puzzling to me. I probably counted one twice.
The points about Milroe are mostly true, which is why he was a third round pick and is going to be third on the depth chart. He has three years to make or break things.

He meant top 5 rounds…maybe.
I would’ve rather the hawks taken sanders over milroe but who knows.
Milroe...really out-foxxing the league there Schneider 😆
What a piece of shit franchise
I just said the same exact thing to my wife. The Milroe pick is confusing. They must think they can turn him into Jalen Hurts lite. I don’t see it
Make him Taysom Hill and I’m fine with it.👌👌

I read that in Ron Howard Arrested Development voice.
I think they're going to have a good season this year

re: fcs lineman. want my IOL just like that; chugging busch lite, maga racist type.
If OL isn't their biggest roster problem, what is?

Shedeur sucks
Milroe at least has insane upside. Sanders is a career backup at best(and he's way better than Dillon Gabriel).
And that "some FCS lineman" was pretty much everyone's #1 interior OL.
And?
I'm not drafting a lineman who went up against some dudes called the Jackrabbits.
Milroe has insane upside 😂
I'm all for the 12's waiting around to find out on that one.
Milroe is potential that gets coaches on the hot seat. Nick retired and DeBoer almost got fired after one year. Bama "encouraged" him to go pro
Milroe made poor decisions at the speed of college ball. Not going to get better anytime soon.
I agree with all of this. I actually view Milroe as an equivalent to Jack Lockner.
Yes, he would make a great running back or safety

I’m fine with Milroe as a Taysom Hill/“Tush Push” weapon. 4th round means no pressure turning him into anything more than that.
