So the current S&P 500 EPS ratio is about 25, down from about 30 at the start of the year. Historical median is about 18. Is the current EPS ratio too high, or in Buck's view is it too low? Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway had $334 billion in cash at the end of 2024 because he thought stocks were overbought at the end of the year. For those who are unaware (like Buck) Buffet buys based on the long-term prospects of a company. I would prefer we manage our country for long-term results rather than trying to generate a cocaine high for Buck's personal immediate pleasure.

Look nerds, I can outperform the market, but if the entire market sucks balls like it does right now, even when I’m outperforming the market I’m gonna be down. I can tolerate a down market….im annoyed I have to tolerate a down market when it’s driven by a need to look like a tough guy on the world stage and implementing dumb trade policies.

lol the fact that both of you said “ you didn’t buy options” and didnt clarify whether to execute puts or calls was not a minute detail. Thats a huge difference that would influence my response. You two obviously didn’t know there was a difference between the two and lumped both in as “buying options”.
Of course you waited for me to explain this fact on this board before you guys realized your mistake….again.

I said you don’t actually understand them, just like you don’t understand a DCF model. Doesn’t mean you didn’t buy anything. Most people don’t know shit about anything and buy lots of stuff.
