No shit they're suspending postal services when we stop paying for it.

I don't know what you are looking at, asshole, but the information I have just says:
"Hong Kong's post office will stop shipping small parcels to the United States after Washington announced plans to charge tariffs on small-value parcels from the southern Chinese city, the government said Wednesday."
Which means that the Hong Kong post office won't ship small parcels, which is what I said. You are making your own judgment about this.
