    Stunning article. The majority of the job growth appears to be in some state funded program where family members get paid 21 bucks an hour to stay with elderly or disabled family members. All of America used to do that for free of course, but now in CA you can be paid for it, and it actually counts as a job, albeit funded by taxpayers. lol. CA is such a shitshow.
