  Probably, but he couldn't actually do anything about it until now.

  I have never bought the spring portal stuff, especially when it was just 2 OL. You can't just buy your way out of our 2024 situation off of that.

  You need the December portal to supplement high school recruiting and most schools still build their programs like that.
