Oregon reportedly tried to steal Demond Williams from UW

Sounds like they’re not so confident in the ex UCLA guy.🤔🤔🤔
-
If this is true, this is a point in favor of Fisch
-
Jack the Husky fan is a nice kid who is somewhat autistic (send an invite) and not a reliable source. A fan boy type that pops up on my feed with a lot of nonsense
-
it’s not
-
I've never heard of him before. But I'm hanging on Twitter recently for the first time
-
Coach Lanning, is that you?
-
It’s very Oregon-like to try to take our lunch…and who here really thinks Dante Moore will be better than Demond?
-
They were so impressed after sacking him 9 times and winning by 4 TDs they had to offer
Demond has yet to win a game but here we go. And yes he looks promising but he's a midget
Oregon likes 37 year old quarterbacks anyway

”Hey did you guys know the Earth is actually flat and there a TON of suspicious activity around Aaliyah’s death?”
-
It's not so much about Oregon playing him but denying Washington from developing him.
Should pay the entire duck team to forfeit every game every year
-
My god brethren this is one random fan on Twitter making something up. I thought it was going to be Richard Cheese when I saw the post title. Be better.
-
laying the ground work for his RS senior year to come and take over.
-
I like where we are in this situation though.
-
this post won't bring the clicks
-
Ducks should’ve thrown a bag at Mateer.🤔🤔
-
I would think that any team who thinks Williams could be an upgrade at QB would send inquiries. Isn't that the way of things now? If Oregon checked in on him I'd assume they're just one of many.

This seems like the deal. It's an interesting year. A lot of the top programs who have relied on veteran QB transfers and multiyear starters they have had appear to be turning to young guys they've had on the roster in 2025. The running out of the free covid year has helped thin out the talent pool of proven veteran starters too.
-
Good point. The extra covid year distorted the market
Got us year 2 of Penix so it's all good
-
With how they handle injury redshirts, I think Penix actually could have probably gotten another year in 2024 if they tried.
-
probably the vast majority of d1 coaches
-
Other than this brilliant analysis what is the case for Moore is better than Williams?
-
Be a pity to have to have a…rebuilding year down in Eugene.🧐🧐
-
what does it mean about the two programs going forward if Oregon’s record in a rebuilding year is better than UWs?
-
There’s no dying billionaire obsessing about our “natty window” closing. Thus, we’re allowed to have rebuilding years. No presh.👍🏻👍🏻
-
Moore Clearly has more natural arm talent, just needs experience. Getting thrown into the fire off the bat at a shit ucla program isn’t the good type of experience. That’s the one smart decision fisch made this year (kudos to @RaceBannon for calling it out at the time). Demond starting off the bat could have been really bad for his psyche. Bringing him along slowly worked out really well for him.
I think both players are really good, it’s not even a knock on demond. Think they could both be top 3 QBs in the big ten next year.
-
Nobody here cares if Phil is dead when UO wins a championship except Phil. There is no window. Oregon is getting billions when he dies. Welcome to Hell
-
Arguing over which of our QBs, that have hardly played, is better is fucking retarded.
oh look -
I think the case study (which was 90% excuses) shows this.
-
This year would’ve been a good time to win the natty.👍🏻
