Boise spent half their budget on the back up QB, LOL. If the “average” B12 team has 12.5 million then UW is forever fucked. It’s no wonder they can’t secure any OL or DL. They broke.

Koetter is a little bitch. It's always been about money, with facilities, hosting recruits, PAYING FOR COACHES, etc, etc. It's beyond disingenuous for these rich ass old white guys to start bitching about NIL. Teams with larger recruiting budgets have always recruited better.
