This is stupid. It's the shitty companies like Cognizant and whatnot that are scamming the system. It should be shut down completely (like asylum) and replaced with something that can't be clearly abused.
How are people seriously arguing for this? It isn't about the actually necessary specialized people due to certain shortages in key areas, it's about the ones gaming the system to bring in indentured servants for low and mid level roles.
