This is cringe as hell, just like most things the entertainment industry has done in the past 8-10 years.
I actually loved Netflix back in the 2000s and early 2010s, when they just focused on shipping DVDs. Even a few years ago, they would have old titles that were hard or impossible to find on Hulu, Paramount Plus, Youtube, and other streaming sites. They've totally lost their way. I canceled them in February 2023 and putting two NFL games on Xmas won't make me flinch.
