How many parts of the program need to be carried over season to season for you to feel like you're still cheering for the University of Theseus Washington
Most if not all of the blue hairs that keep bitching about all this, if I ask them who Quinton Pounds is or some other random player from ~5 years ago when we were built for life and bleeding purple, they would have no fucking clue who I was even talking about.
It's the latest Seattle grievance. I almost miss the Sonics whining at this point.
Ryan Day is a strong candidate to repeat. Jake Dickert just threw his hat in the ring by bailing after all his sanctimonious bullshit the last year and a half.
Pretty sure it's not the doog that gives to NIL, drives 4+ hours to every game, has been to almost every post-season game the last 2 years, spends easily a few grand (at minimum) every year on merch and bullshit.
Almost every fucking game in 2021 during the Street Bubble days, including @ Corvallis.
If all our complaining fans did something similar, it would be back to where want to be. But everyone's gay and retarded and full of grievances instead.
Ryan Day - Raised the bar again this year. Couldn't stay hard against Oregon. Standing around asking what's going on while Michigan planted the flag then probably supporting the whole flag planting felony thing.
James Franklin - Tuff running gimmicky shit against UW and jailbreak blitzing up by 30 then still can't win a big game and says whiny shit after losing to Oregon.
Jedd - Best recruiting class ever. We're going big in the portal. We need more money to win a road game.
Dick Hurt - Come by and see the trophy. Sorry, I won't be there.
Day has the chance to completely redeem himself if he can get to the Rose Bowl and take down Oregon…wait…why am I even wasting time typing that out. Yes, dynasty. Man he sure did stick it to Lou Holtz though.
Who isn't asking for money at this point? Alabama is. Oregon sent out a thing to their boosters saying that the spigot has to get turned off at some point. Ohio State has to win now, they support way too many sports programs to keep going like they are.
DeBoer didn't want to so he left for Bama who is finding out that they aren't on the same level as Tennessee and even Ole Miss in that regard.
I guarantee most sport fans would be turned off from following their team if they had no idea who any of the players are even after following the team religiously for years. There's no connection anymore and yeah ok great win games that'd be awesome but if you just took the entire roster from Indiana and put them in purple would that feel as good as the 2016 team where you saw the growth?
The days of high school kids in Washington choosing UW just because they're in state are gone. Long gone, like going back to pre-Sark. They've been gone for the California schools. There's probably some regional loyalty but Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, etc are all going after each other's kids. West coast schools are going after those kids.
LDS kids in Utah are heading elsewhere and aren't loyal to 2% land.
Koa heaven is apparently in fucking Eugene now.
So then what the fuck is the bitching about? Having to google some kid's background? What the actual soft fuck?

I don't care about anything but winning
You fucking kids seem to care about everything but
Don't tell me show me
I have no problem bringing in ringers like Penix
I want more of them
Changes and tweaks that the experts wanted for 30 years got us here
Live with it and beat the system. No one is going to change anything that doesn't help the big guys so stop whining and be a big
A fucking union for college football players as employees
JFC
I just want both teams to have fun
Will there an airing of grievances? I’ll be calling in with mine.
I’ll get the pole out of the crawlspace

Ryan Day. Time for the "D" Word?
UW
Wasted money. Our family has been giving since the 50s
Day has the chance to completely redeem himself if he can get to the Rose Bowl and take down Oregon…wait…why am I even wasting time typing that out. Yes, dynasty. Man he sure did stick it to Lou Holtz though.
That's what I fucking thought.

Big trees need deep roots
What did you think
Late entry for tough guy of the year. First on the playoffs this year and now NIL
