i have heard that but never bought it. Kalepo was gonna be one of the spots if I remember and the other guard spot was under competition from buelow, Braisford and Gaard.
Once Gaard was injured the legend seemed to grow. He didn't look good this year but I suspect he just is not what he was pre injury because he definitely was in the mix vs some good players.
So UW has had 6 scholarship players hit the portal so far (I had no idea Cam Davis had another year so that was a surprise). Probably need 3 more to get to the lower end of what Fisch expected to bring in (9 to 12 players). My 3 guesses would be Elijah Jackett (injuries and can't seem to put on much weight), Darren Barkins (not sure if the staff believes he can challenge for a starting spot and not great if he's a back-up as a SR when younger guys should get the reps), and Dyson McCutheon (lost the nickel back starting job to Jordan Shaw and will be a RS-SR next year).
By his offer list, I'd be happy with him or Moe. Reed could compete for a starting spot at RT or OG opposite Geiran Hatchett. I'd guess Paki would be in the rotation too.
Comments
take him back. Give him half the market rate and tell him that’s for fucking leaving in the first place.
He started over Gaard in 2022 and would've started over Titialii this season, so at the very least, an upgrade over this year's OL
To Hatchett.
He went to Oklahoma and stopped Bama
Undercover brother
Even though he didn't play
I thought I remembered Gaard was actually ahead of the guys who portalled to Ole Piss and well ahead of G Hatchett going into 2023 before he got hurt?
Latest OL according to my rosterbating:
LT: RS-JR McCree / RS-Soph Tafai
LG: RS-JR Moe (portal) / RS-Frosh Paki Finau
C: True JR L. Hatchett / RS-Frosh Watkins (?)
RG: RS-SR G. Hatchett (portal) / RS-Soph Henning
RT: RS-JR Azzopardi OR RS-Soph Tafai OR RS-Soph Faasolo
They obviously could target a Portal OT and tell Azzopardi he's better off transferring but tough to say how they view him.

so it’s official I guess.
Say what you will, but infinitely better than all of the o line men this year.
if I’m being honest I’d take those other two fat fucks back as well.
G Hatchett looks like he's 37 years old
I think he's 36.

UCLA's starting LT just entered the portal. He was a former walk-on and also can play RT and OG, allegedly was their best OL last year.
The media is going to have so much fun with brothers playing together on the oline and dline next year
Will Reed RT from Princeton, went to Eastside Catholic. #7 OT in the portal, could probably get him relatively cheap:

This makes me feel whelmed.

Hatchett’s season-ending injury was to his biceps. I feel slightly better. No ACL, achilles, etc.
