Had 17 catches and 1 TD for Tulsa. Not exactly the kind of portal player that's going to get us closer to competing for the Big 10 title after signing a mediocre recruiting class
-
He's being offered by alot of other good programs, so he's not a little johnny and we need depth. Neither of our incoming freshman are physically stout enough to block top-tier edge players, and this guy looks cock-strong on film.
-
where’s this 10+ guy exodus? After the pinstripe bowl?
-
Why didn't he use a photo of himself playing on the field? Oh...
-
do walk ons need to announce they're in the portal? I figured they were free to talk with whoever whenever they want.
-
15 mins.

Fish did say that it doesn’t matter how many players are on the team in the winter, only when training camp starts. I’ll guess Spring camp doesn’t start so late this year. Maybe some guys want to compete for spots in spring. Some guys will portal after getting passed on the depth or trying one last offseason to get their bodies fixed to play and get some spring film of them running and hitting to help them sell themselves. Just a guess.
-
No. But they do it anyway for the attention
-
makes sense. I think they can carry 102 instead of 82 now or something.
-
They can have 120 players through the spring if they want, just needs to be 85 when fall camp starts.
-
Good points and maybe guys with the injury bug like Jackett, Otton, Durfee, and a few others I'm not thinking of get one more chance to get healthy. In fairness to Durfee, he does look good when he is on the field while the other guys haven't seen the field at all.
-
Nope, the limit is 105 now.
Fisch wants to aim around 85 since it's easier to manage practice, playtime, and budgets
-
One of Fisch's big Arizona OL in the portal.
-
seems like an ideal fit, already knows the system. Although the system is shit so maybe not a great fit
-
Last year they were barely behind us in offensive production and Moe was eating space at OG and looked good, so "want."
-
Get him. Then buy at least 3 more on the offensive line.
-
Another possible option at WTE
-
Essentially a Euro-version of Latu. I'd take him over the Tulsa kid for his size alone.
-
He wants 85 on scholarship, but said he wants 20 walk-ons. So will still be 105 on the roster.

Damon's son is back in the portal:

-
At this point, he shpuld just go to CWU or something. I'm sure, however, that he'll go somewhere like Miami and be 4th string for a year before transferring again
-
Somehow he’s only 21 even though it feels like it was at Washington an eternity ago.
-
it is the Jake heaps method.
-
Apparently Jacob Manu hit the portal. House isn't very tall and neither is Manu but ZRS brings some length:

I still can’t believe Lance Holtzclaw isn’t white.
-
Played at Garfield and had some big time offers coming out of HS. I'm assuming he ended up at Portland State for grade reasons.

I assume dirty 9 is in reference to his cock? That’s my assumption.
-
Freshman All-American and FCS level. Wouldn't hurt considering our lack of depth at LB
-
I think he tore his knee his senior year so schools backed off.
