He certainly wasn't in a great spot with the lack of talent, personnel that seemed more tailored for the smaller spread out Pac-12 and terrible offense and special teams, but I saw nothing that would make me want to hire him anywhere else. Couldn't get pressure on anyone other than UCLA and that was supposed to be his signature thing.

He could get a job but it won’t be as a DC. He did some interesting things, but it wasn’t like UW’s defense was good or anything.

And an LB. The run defense has got to get better or else might as well bring back Jimmy Lake and play safeties 20 yards deep.
