UCLA has two losses and UW's fucking dreckfest of a schedule puts it too far down the list of one loss teams.

In my defense, so much happened on the greatest Saturday in CFB history that I easily suppressed the memory of missing back to back GWFG's.

As far as UW is concerned, in a normal year you're absolutely right, but with this dreckfest of a CFB season, I wouldn't be so sure.

UW would need a lot of help, but we're dealing with Sark level hypotheticals here.

UW isn't winning out, but if they did, they would make the playoffs. Don't be fucking stupid.

This might seem rifuckulous, and it is, but I actually think UW would have a better than solid shot at it if they won out.

UW is not going to win out. Two losses at the end of league play would surprise the shit out of me. Actually I'd be pumped as hell about that.

    FSU 13-0
    Miss State 13-0
    Baylor 13-0
    ND 11-1

UW ain't making the playoffs in that scenario, and I didn't even include a 12-1 Michigan State or Ohio State.

Fuck off Boobie. Miss State is winning at Alabama and at Ole Miss? Notre Dame will likely lose more than one. Baylor isn't going undefeated with that defense. LIPO. The season isn't even half way over when factoring in conference championships. This is a stupid topic anyways because UW isn't winning out, but to say they would be out is FS.

I didn't say they would be out, I just said they would need a lot of help. Some of you need to learn the difference.

Two 2 loss SEC teams should get in over UW and this schedule.

I didn't even include this possibility. A one loss SEC West runnerup would certainly be in over UW and any other Pac-12 team.

Let's say the Arizona farce continues somehow.

    Then, UW wins out.

Oregon wins out after a loss to UW.

UW wins the league championship game.

I think it would take Boobs's scenario to keep UW out of the top 4.

A one loss Pac 12 team gets in

The real answer to this thread is no two loss PAC 12 team is getting in. No PAC 12 team is good enough to only lose one.

    That was my original poont.

And yes, I can't imagine a scenario where a two loss Pac-12 team gets in.

UW would need a lot of help, but we're dealing with Sark level hypotheticals here.

I don't know if I'd call it needing help. If four of the what, eight teams that have strong enough profiles to beat out a one loss UW team hold up I'd be pretty surprised. We're knocking two or three teams out a week right now.

That's because undefeateds are still playing undefeateds. Even the one loss runnerups in some conferences look better than anyone in the Pac-12 right now.

That's true but the conference champ will get the benefit of the doubt. I agree we're pissing in the wind on this irregardless

Any one lose Pac Champion is getting in period. This conference is too deep and they play one extra conference game. I wouldn't bet on Washington running the table but if they did you best believe that the national media would connect the dots back to Coach Petersen from his Boise days and that would get a lot of attention IMO.

I believe UCLA is done even if they were to win out. It's still a long season and many things can happen and if Stanford were to win out with 2 early loses they could inch in with some help but I doubt at this point anyone in the PAC deserves the F4. It will be interesting watching it unfold.
