Stanback to Chambers and it's not hard.
Penix probably has the next 5 or so best throws.

Disagree. That Penix throw was about 1,000 times more clutch and important than the Stanback bomb.

Yeah now we're complicating things but that's fair.
In vacuum I'd go with the Stanback throw though. It's pretty hard to place a ball from that far away.
