Kalen “Mike” DeBoer

DeBoer's a very good coach. But he isn't Saban and leaving UW was mind numbingly stupid, even if his wallet disagreed. And last year he had a bunch of close calls that Penix/Odunze/McMillian/Polk bailed him out of. He's losing all those games this year, besides Georgia.
I think his lack of recruiting would've caught up to him eventually. But the natty appearance still would've given him a bump if he stayed.
-
That was Sheridan. He was the prime recruiter of Penix at Tennessee then circled back on him when the Vols new staff dumped him last minute. Penix was there when Boner showed up.
-
Yes but DeBoer got him to UW
-
sureGIF
-
If DeBoer had asked UW for 12 million after the natty and used Bama as a bargaining chip, I am 99.81% sure UW would've paid, especially with further commitments to NIL and his dumbass grass field.
He never countered which means he was gone.
He never tried in recruiting which showed he wasn't serious.
Dannen was also a retard.
The actual doogmen can't do the math.

-
Deboer never lost a regular season game by more than 8 points at UW
Queue the Oklahoma 2nd string boat race.
DeBoer is a good coach. He was also a lucky one. He is also MASSIVELY underachieving at Bammer
-
Wasn’t his recruiting class ranked around 22 to 25 before he left and a bunch of dudes decommitted?
-
6-5 with a fraud coach
-
29th I think
-
You won PGOS, take a breather bud
-
I am a binge poaster. Always have been.
You won't see me for months. Then I'll make 3k poasts before riding off into the sunset.
Also, was drunk as fuck with some doogs last night watching that game
-
Milroe is a Jake Locker coach killer though. Can’t turn him into a legit pro QB. Couldn’t run his offense with the guy. We’ll see if that makes a difference next year.🤷♂️🤷♂️
-
I mean, he also might not be The One. That's what the word "could" means. We don't know. Ask me in 5 years and I'll let you know if Fish is The One.
You wooshed my point, but I can't fault it too much.
-
AIDS are strong with this one.
-
Just wait til an NFL team takes him in the top 10.
-
Anthony Richardson 2.0
-
here is a really out of left field thought on the dead horse topic.
Jen Cohen doesn't leave for USC right before the season starts. Does DeBoer stay?
-
I don't think football HCs care about the AD that much. They're basically the ADs boss in everything but on paper
-
But maybe Dannen and DeBore did not get along.
-
He’s loves bleach blondes with yuge milkers.🤔🤔
-
Literally anything is better than Dannen. That guy was such a bust for UW
If Fisch works out then whatever, but if Fisch sucks then that hire set UW football back 3 years
-
if he doesn’t, he’s a fag
-
I don't know why though. Seems like he cared about football and he didn't get along with people around upper campus? Isn't that good?
-
His wife said she wasn’t moving to fucking Seattle, so find a new job or lose me forever
-
The funny thing about people pointing to Saban's first year at Bama to give DeBust an excuse, is that DeBust inherited top 3 talent across the entire team there, Saban didn't.
If you lose to 2 five-loss teams, while fielding top 3 talent, and have 3 losses, you are probably doing it wrong.
Yes he was great at UW with the ensemble he had, looks like his new ensemble at Bama can't replicate the success even on a team loaded with talent at every position.
But keep making excuses for him. "Winning is hard with a team with that much talent."
-
According to 247, DeBoer has the most talented team in the country with 17 5-stars. Idk how their metric works, but it looks to be the most talented team in the history of their database
-
I was totally checked out on football this weekend between skiing, listening to tunes, and partying with some frens.
I didn't even realize Bammer had lost yet again until I clicked on this thread yesterday.
I chortled. FTG in the face.
-
I keep seeing this "fact" posted (enough already, btw), but I also wonder why Saban wouldn't come back for another year if the path to the national championship was so easily set out in front of him.

Coaching football really pulled him away from his true passion, staring in all those Aflac commercials
