Measured take with three central reasons they blew it. If only all liberals were this introspective. Feels better to scream and call everyone racists though.

Came here to see if there was an argument outside racism, misogyny, xenophobia, sexism, etc.

    It’s so boring.

the Tug's liberal cabal of nit wits can't argue their way out of a wet paper bag.

    all they do is react.

Great points. Leftards think most of us posting on the Tug are racist bigots but when pressed can't say why. The real answer is that leftards consider any support for a closed and secure border to be racist xenophobia, that if you think people should be hired or admitted to colleges based on merit and that DEI is actually racist and unconstitutional you are a racist and failure to fully support the tranny agenda is bigoted. But, none of our leftards will actually come out and say that they fully support the dementia patient/Headboard agenda or which part of that agenda they don't support and why. Soccer duck claimed that we can't know what the Headboard's position is on the tranny agenda.

QUESTION ASKED: Will Trump’s new cabinet be good for Israel?

Trump has pleased Jewish supporters with three early Cabinet-level appointments. Trump chose New York Representative and House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik to be his ambassador to the United Nations. There, Stefanik plans to advance “America First peace through strength leadership on the world stage.”

Stefanik has repeatedly spoken in support of Israel and Israeli hostages since October 7. However, she truly stood out and won many Jewish fans with her tough questioning of university presidents during the House’s campus antisemitism hearings last academic year. Given that Israel remains the United Nation’s idee fixe, and the institution remains awash in antisemitism, Stefanik should be well prepared for her new position.

Trump’s second appointment is also a New Yorker. Trump has tapped former New York Congressman Lee Zeldin, a Jewish Republican, to be his Environmental Protection Agency Administrator. Before New York’s Jewish Democrats — particularly the Orthodox — crossed over to vote for Trump this month, they voted for Zeldin when he ran for governor of New York as a voice of moderation, back in 2022. Zeldin posted on Twitter/X, “We will restore US energy dominance, revitalise our auto industry to bring back American jobs, and make the US the global leader of AI. We will do so while protecting access to clean air and water.”

The third Cabinet-level appointment, by far the biggest name so far, is reported to be Florida Senator Marco Rubio for Secretary of State. Rubio has represented Florida’s sizeable Jewish community in the Senate since his election in 2010. The New York Times characterised Rubio as “a foreign policy hawk, taking hard lines on China and Iran in particular.” Rubio is also knowledgeable about foreign policy, fluent in all the issues he would have to handle as Secretary. Finally, it’s worth noting that unlike others who could have been named as Trump’s Secretary of State, Rubio is not an isolationist and would immediately reverse Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s intense hostile-to-Israel energy. America’s allies abroad should be cheered by Rubio’s selection.

    * * * * * * * *

There are still consequential positions like Secretary of Defense and Attorney General that remain unclaimed, but Trump is off to a strong start with his nominations. American Jews who supported Trump over concerns about antisemitism and Israel should feel comfortable that Trump sees them, and their concerns should be addressed by the incoming administration. Change is coming.

    Worst. Hitler. Ever.

I don't think it's a big disagreement. Most of the right supports Israel's right to exist and thinks that our funding of Iran was a huge mistake. We wouldn't need to be supplying Israel with weapons if we didn't help arm Hamas and Hezbollah. There is a fringe out there like Tucker and Candace Owens that seem to have caught some anti-Jew fever but I don't see a lot of it in Republican candidates for national office.

But the right is mostly aligned with Israel, and those that aren't on board can join the dumb fucks on the left that don't understand that support for Palestinian Arabs, who literally no Arab-majority country wants, is support for A LOT of bad shit, including the shit over which they obsess over all else.

JFC. I just can't with these fucking people.

Honestly, it's the piece about immigration that I care about. I want someone firm on the border precisely because of Islamic extremism. A bunch of Mexicans looking for jobs isn't what causes me to lose sleep. Turning the rest of the country into Michigan and London is.

    They are progressives.

The liberals are at peace with the new world order under Trump.

Did Stephanik lose? Otherwise that could hurt the GOP in the house.... but she will be good at the UN

I don't think Cenk actually does conversations with the right or centrists. You think Cenk wanted a conversation about covid mandates? He was completely good with social media bannings and shadow bannings and the lies about it.

Also a massive Jew hater and terrorist sympathizer. There are things that, by themselves, disqualify people from humanity for me. Terrorism is one of them. Sympathizing with terrorists and white washing their deeds with truth denying, gas lighting, lying and comparisons to "freedom fighting" is, in my book, terrorism. So, that fat Turkish fuck is a terrorist-loving, Jew-hating, piece of shit.

He's also inarticulate, argues like a big fucking baby, tries to win by just being louder than his debate opponents and is ridiculously predictable. I can watch youtubes of this guy for an hour and almost word for word tell you what he's going to say right before he says it. simple brain, simple man.

Douglas Murray has absolutely de-balled this clown. Check it out on youtube. Calls him ill-lettered and questions whether he's ever left his bedroom. It's fucking hilarious listenting to a snooty, hyper-eductaed upper class Brit clown an emotional moron like Cenk. U Penn/Wharton ought to be fucking embarrassed he's running around with one of their degrees. Columbia Law gave up years ago and routinely produces Do Do birds like him.
