It would be nice if the WRs could get a little PI. Why not try DeGraaf down the sideline for a bigger target besides Boston?

Big 10 refs seem way less flag happy on PI and holding than the Pac-12 bunch were. I'm fine with it because we don't get called for it much but it sucks Boston frequently gets like 2-3 a game I feel like would have been called in the Pac, particularly in the end zone.

Or they could try Latu where he is in-line and then motion him out wide on a LB or safety. PI can be easier to see / call when the receiver is 6'7".

Just stop asking Rogers and the WR to make plays they can't make. That would seem like the smart move. Those five wasted plays are costly. Every possession matters.

That's fair, they will need to stretch the PSU defense somehow or else PSU will will stack the box. Maybe Jackson in the slot will be an easier throw for Rogers.

It sounds stupid and generic and overly often repeated, but they need to simplify. Rogers is limited but I bet he can hit a 30 yard post. They just need to run enough to pull the safeties down.
