Checked, my vote was accepted. In Washington State it does not matter how we vote - it goes deep blue every election.

How fucked up were those written. I’m not a lawyer, but no slouch when it comes to reading legalese. It took me reading those at least three times to figure out what they were trying to say.
Then they follow that up with, “are you opposed to feeding starving babies?”
It compels the uneducated or impatient to vote NO and move on.Just another level of Fraud from State Elections officials.

Fergie fought tooth and nail to keep them off the ballot. When he was forced to accept them, he wrote the language on the ballot, which is beyond terrible by design.
The LTC income tax is a complete scam. If you make over $300k for the next 30 years, you will pay in over $50k. In return you get a $32k voucher for long term care only in Washington.
