The funny thing about this guy's name for me is that I have a friend with last name Vanderploeg. It's pronounced the same way this guy's first and last name sound together.
So it took me several days of seeing his name and wondering what his first name was before I figured it out.

There's 4-5 reasons I suspect but why don't prospects now just take their visits then commit and sign? Fisch is probably a snake oil salesman but they all pretty much are and it just matters if you can win or not and what kind of money you have in NIL now.
