Bama can waive the buyout then UW would be BACK

HOWLL
-
then he’d regain the freshman 15
-
get him back for Pennies on the dollar
-
Looking like Sark may be available too.
-
*Penix on the dollar
-
We dodged a bullet with DeBoer, pal.
-
DeBoer is Slingblade part deux?
-
-
I’d take DeBoer as the OC for Fishdicks. See if some of the small details could get cleaned up if Jedd isn’t so busy calling plays.
-
Nope. We should have offered him $15 million per the depends wearing old geezer.
-
And you?'d be undefeated and ranked in the top 3. It's not hard, unless you're fucking stupid.
-
He knows football
-
Don't want DeBitch back unless he is brining a Penix caliber QB, and UW is stacked with the OL we had in 2023, the 3 NFL caliber WRs we had, all of the 6th year Petersen recruits he inherited, and we can get an SEC caliber RB out of the portal willing to run through torn off knees.
Even then, he'd probably suck at recruiting again, and check out during the playoffs as soon as a blue blood calls his agent.

Dawgman posting continues
Jethro is 4-3 but I'm sure it would have been horrible to keep the 25-3 guy who made the final game
Retarded and gay. UW is 7-0 if they had kept DeBoer and the players
But why do that when the usual losers will have all the usual excuses for the usual losing
-
Spoiler - he is
-
I’m hearing he sucked at recruiting
-
I think you may be right @YellowSnow.
DeBoer was damn lucky at UW to have a once in a generation QB transfer in, and to have some of the remnants of Chris Petersen's recruiting still on the team. Outside of that, his own recruiting was non-existent. Hard to say how it would have played out, but the "retarded team of destiny" was a one season event IMO. .
-
no idea fat boner's qb at south dakota or wherever the fuck he was. boner was GOOD when he had a generational qb at indiana and a pretty GOOD qb in jake haener when he was at fresno. right now he's playin a qb that will be asked to run routes at the nfl combine.
why doesnt fats just go find another generational qb? is he stupid or something?
-
lmao holy shit.
-
UW would clearly be better off with year 3 of DeBoer.
But there’s evidence coming in that he might not be a $15 million guy and it’s not Dawgman to say that.Maybe he turns it around and wins a Natty there. I don’t know.
-
What matters is what he did here and where this team is if he and the players stayed. That is what the AD had to know and get done
It is completely Dawgman to chirp about Bama when 4-3 Jethro has shit the bed against shitty teams
-
4-3 Jethro may be 4-8 Jethro. IMO he has had "the more talented" team in all games this season except for Iowa. That won't be anywhere near the case @Indiana, @Penn State and @Oregon, all of which are now looking like righteous plungerings. Going full retard against Rutgers and WSU is inexcusable. He'll probably do the same against USC and UCLA. 4-8 really is in play.
-
Just like DeBoer is 7-0 now?
-
I'm a Washington fan. I really don't give a fuck about your Bama team Kim
-
Pressing

The season wouldn’t be over right now if DeBoer was still here. Imagine not being incensed by the way he was treated by the AD after what he accomplished. Low balling an all time great UW coach. Couldn’t be us!
-
Biggest fuck up since August 1993
-
DeObsessed
-
The obsessed people are starting threads every week rooting against DeBoer just because he wanted to feed his family.
-
I don’t think we can say the early resume at Bammer is irrelevant though.
Look, I don’t know if UW even has $15 million for a coach. But if we do, I suspect we can’t afford miss on that. The guy better be infallible and with no possibility of being a one hit wonder. In other words, Don James and not Rick.
I don’t think DeBoer = Rick, but the early results at another school without BPE, at least, merit considering whether he’s $15 million material.
Fortune may favor the brave and stuff but UW has less margin for error than Bammer.
