I like Oregon this week

Well I don't like them but I do think Autzen is the difference. No triple whammy reverse jinx. Talent is close. Gabriel is better than the K State stiff at Ohio State.
Hoping for a dirty game with lots of injuries

Don't fall for it Ducks. Racebannon is the master of the clandestine double reverse jinx.
He's not joking about the injuries, though.
-
Disagree
Half the Stadium is going to be red.
Good wide receivers have killed Oregon since forever. OSU is going to go 14/16 on third downs.
-
You'd have to give me 14 pts. to take Oregon in this one. I don't think Oregon has the DBs to deal with this receiver group. Jevon Holland ain't walkin' through that tunnel anytime soon, and the Husky traitor turned Duck is a shrimp with 4.6 forty speed and average hops.
I think Burch is big-time and there are other Duck D linemen who are solid, but backfield is going to get torched by Buck receivers.
The O line is solid in run blocking (thanks Meat!) and James is a more talented CJ Verdell … if he gets banged up then Oregon is completely fucked because Whittington is a shell of himself post knee.
Don't know about 1/2 the stadium in red. I'll believe it when I see it.

Day is coaching for his job.
Lanning knows he just has to keep it close and that his schedule is easy enough to where the game doesn't matter for him.
-
-
Yeah, I'm sure he's just coaching to "keep it close."
Btw, Oregon's schedule is tougher than yours but when have you ever cared about being factually accurate.
-
Go put your receiver's gloves on, take a bong hit, and relax loser.
-
yeah. Why don’t you guys just take a chilled out perspective like this totally normal totally chill guy.
-
I graduated from UW and didn't shame my UW family like you did.
And just rubbed Michigan's face in shit in a historic, B1G day.
You might want to rethink who's being chill and who isn't.
You guys sound uptight, like you haven't actually played in a meaningful game all season.
-
I don’t like grandmas on either side in this one. That’s for sure.
Hard to tell when neither team has played anyone besides Jonathan Smith, so I’m taking the Buckeyes purely because of the #thatteamoutwest shenanigans. -
Totally chilled out. Totally normal.
-
You pick Ohio State until it doesn’t make sense anymore.
-
im picking the zeros… the only team that seems to have the number for the dreaded buknuts. fuckem, killem same time.
-
I'll concede a healthy amount of credit to Lanning if they get the win here. Would be big given the rest of their schedule and his ability to not lose to teams that aren't really good.
-
”If” being the key word here.
-
It's going to be special capping off the day with Sark beating Oklahoma and Oregon cruising past Ohio State as our DAWGS fade into obscurity once again
-
I don’t like Oregon’s chances in this game
-
Ok guy
-
You guys are too close to it. Big game nerves
I'm calm and rational and Oregon is winning this game
-
I’m not nervous about this game. At all.
This is not a championship caliber team. I’ve seen a few in my time.
I only get wound up for games Oregon is supposed to win and 10-2 is what we do.
We don’t have the lines or the running game.
-
I feel exactly the same way. Zero nerves. Sad, really.
-
Well look who is right again
Good game by my ducks. I was a little hard on Will Howard but he and Day came through to fuck it up when it counted
-
Ducks actually made that harder on themselves and left points on the table. Without Burch in particular I was surprised by the outcome.
Beating Buck is not easy.
-
I for one am proud to be an Oregonian today. Great win by our Ducks !!
-
Looking for the second spitter
-
I miss the days when the entire season was a playoff. Not enough players crying after that one, but it’s nice that Oregon can finally beat the B1G boys when the pressure is off.
-
Sean Taylor famously spit on someone (curiously against someone on NFL Buck). Ever since then, I’ve accepted spitting as acceptable expression of aggression.
@whlinder
-
You can also hypothetically take 7 off the board for Bucks after the opening pick… but of course we don’t deal with those.
Oregon has a lot to fix if they want to be a real boy. Still way too many mental errors on the sidelines and on the field. But we’re now looking for perfection as they’ve passed the first test.
-
I don't see any team Oregon can't beat. Georgia and Bama have bad defenses.
I guess Texas is a legit #1 but they aren't unbeatable
Oregon has been stacking talent. Use it
Watch out for Vandy in the playoffs though
-
if they get Burch back they could be a watch out team. He’s the one who makes the D line dangerous. The others are serviceable to solid. With Burch drawing 2, the other look a whole lot better. Assuming that because he was game time decision that he’s not lost for the season. But I have no idea.
