Fisch is fucking genius

It's called playing at home with a new coach and new players
The talent is there
-
Sark 2.0 until proven otherwise.

Lazy doog nonsense

Dial it back a bit. This was a good win. And, yes, with a 50% new team and 100% new coaches. Took time to gel. But, Rutgers and CUOG still happened.
-
Yes it did. But Fisch won 10 games at Arizona
Sark at Zona peaks at 5 wins and a drunken bender resulting in a firing
This place lacks patience and perspective as always
The fact UW isnt get out manned after that max exodus is incredible

I will say that this game put to rest the narrative that Fisch has mailed in this season in anticipation of next. Not sure there is more here than that.

Jedd Fitch could have won the natty with last years talent. Prove me wrong.

Last year my BIL and I attended a CU game where the Buffs played the Fisch-led Wildcats. He almost lost that game, but Deion made sure that Arizona stayed in it. So I will admit that colors my opinion of Fisch somewhat.
I certainly don’t mean to downplay his success at Arizona, and I 100% think that he was the right hire for UW at the time. He’s definitely made lemonade out of the lemons The Dutchman left behind, and seems to be very savvy at hyping up the program with recruits and the media.
But the deja vu feelings I get with him and Sark I won’t dismiss. Sark, for all of his snake oil salesmanship, did generate a lot of the same excitement in the program after Owen/Ty, had that big win against a Pete Carrol led USC team right away, etc. The lack of accountability at post-game press conferences is another thing the two men share.
So yes, I think Fisch has earned the right for some patience, and for the record I’m happy to LIPO for a while, but I don’t think my comment was overly doogish.

When Fisch gets blown out on the road we can start with the Sark shtick
-
Or loses to a middling MWC Rutgers on the road.
