FEMA funding has not gone towards immigration or Ukraine. Shut it down. Trump was the most recent president to divert FEMA funding, not Biden.
FEMA funding is controlled by congress. The GOP has repeatedly voted against increasing it. The Trump platform even calls for gutting it, including flood insurance guarantees, the biggest piece, as well as eliminating the NWS. The GOP/social media pearl clutching and narrative building/shifting about this hurricane and its response is propagandized horseshit, clear as day, the same as it is every day about something or another. -
