Yes you can probably seed a hurricane, but there’s no way to control where it goes. Missed all the blue parts except Atl. Unusually warm water temps in the gulf this year so a big hurricane is not a surprise. And yes, they do occasionally go inland like that.
If they wanted to seed a hurricane and could control it they would have aimed it at Trump. Then planted a shooter for good measure.

My point is none of this can be said with certainty. Maybe they can create and steer hurricanes, maybe they can't.

They can do a lot with the weather. Did they? Don't know but the rain totals far inland aren't normal. My point was that we cannot trust our government and we can not rule out evil doings by that evil government.
