I'm listening to it right now. It's about ten minutes in and I haven't heard him take any personal responsibility.
The play wasn't blocked correctly. Running to the short side the unblocked player wasn't in the outermost position. Those are designed for the QB to just cut upfield. Because they left an interior player unblocked instead, now he has to keep running laterally with Coleman and they're fucked because they're out of room.
I didn't watch the Flyover Cup but I'm going to guess that Gabriel didn't pitched it and cut upfield exactly how that is designed when going short side.

I was going to say, I saw it again and it looks like the only chance the play has is if Rogers quickly cuts it up and it's not a guarantee then, especially because it's him. If it was a running QB yes. Faasolo doesn't hold his block long enough either.
The short field is so obvious too because Coleman has no chance following the play. The only wild option would be to plant and cut back, which I'm kind of surprised he doesn't try.
