Eh. I think we'll look back at an 8-4 WSU beating a 6-6 UW and collectively shrug our shoulders about an apple cup loss in a forgetful season headed by a mediocre head coach who left to go be Georgia's offense coordinator five months later.
-
Montana 2022 has to be on this list somewhere.
-
Good point. This was off the top of my head. Let's call Montana 1B
-
what about that peterman loss to cal in like 2018
-
Either or both losses in 1990.
-
This team ain't winning six games with that offensive line
I do think the defense will have some decent outings this year still
-
I was in Husky Stadium for your #1 if I'm thinking of the right one. I believe Stanford punted on 3rd down early in that game
-
Stanford was 0-10 entering the game if I remember right. Several players were Suddenly Seniored by the Molder of Men. That game probably wounded me more than any other
-
The defense has some players but they're fucking penalty retarded.
-
Of course the 2007 Apple Cup was up there too
Half the defense thought they were in man-to-man and half thought they were zone for Brink's game-winning TD throw
-
Rutgers, Northwestern, and Indiana are all retard programs. UCLA and Iowa are half retarded. Michigan is temporarily retarded as long as Sherron Moore is coach.
Pick four of them

No love for 2022 in the desert?
-
Gotta wonder about a coach who plays a guy with one arm.
-
Emotional post.
Consider applying for wazzus head coaching position
-
wasn’t there a bad Nevada losing there too?
-
2003 under Gilby
-
Next week’s Northwestern loss might be top 5
-
As I wrote the list I actually had Nevada in there, but then remembered how Cal hurt much more
-
Rick lost to Air Force
If this team isn’t winning 6 games then it’s not really an abomination. it’s a close loss in a game they should have won to another meh team. -
I feel like there were a few losses in 17 and 18 that were worse than today
-
I am Offended.
-
That was NOT a good Stanford team.
-
this loss isn’t even in the top 20. Anyone who thought this team was good is retarded.
Both losses in 2022 were worse than this.
-
I think the one with Ty where Marcel Reese had a 90 yard TD and the Huskies blew a 35 point lead or something should be up there.
-
This game doesn't even come close to Montana. You had a coach that made the worst OC hire in the history the program, refused to recruit and then answered after the game that he wasn't shocked that he lost to Montana as a top 25 team that many were picking to win the North including Phil Steele.
This was just one of the weirdest of the "frustrating" games in a long time. Atmosphere played into it too. Didn't feel like an apple cup.
ASU in 2022 was easily a worse historical loss. We lost to a fucking high school interim coach and a 1 conference win team. And a walk-on that was only in the game because Asa targeted their starter.
This year, the teams that turned over their coaching staffs are struggling compared to the ones that didn't. Except for Bama and DeBoer of course.
-
One of my favorites was ASU when we had noodle arm Cyler miles throwing in 75 mph gusts instead of running Shaq wild. Good times on that bit of McCoy.... I mean retardation.
-
The point spread was only -4.5 so it seems pretty dramatic to put it in the worst losses in decades category. Don’t worry there’s big ten money now so this game will be a formality once the school/AD puts that money towards players.

Miami 65-7
The 1982 AC was much much worse than today IMO
-
unrecognizable players under unrecognizable coaches in an unrecognizable setting.
This hardly resonates.
