The snake rattling at him while it drinks the water reminds me of my dog when UPS comes. He sits for the driver and gently takes treats from him, but growls the whole time as he crunches them up.

Heres my CSB snake story. We used to see snakes all the time during field training in Fort Stewart, GA. If we had blanks, we’d drop a cleaning rod in the muzzle and shoot it at the snake. Killed a couple that way especially if we saw them in the day when we knew we’d going over the same trail at night on foot.
