Can't say for sure the cop was overbearing. You have a guy roll up his tinted window and you have no way of seeing if there's a weapon. Hill took away his right to be treated decently when he made that move.
This on top of going 100 in a 55.

That’s it. Thats all it takes. Police asked him like 5 times to keep his window rolled down but he had to act like a dick so I’m not surprised at the outcome.All this “you have no idea what it’s like to be a black person dealing with police” doesn’t really apply here.
I also don’t know what it’s like being an asshole to police because common sense tells me that my chances for a negative interaction increase exponentially in that scenario.
