Your paradox is flawed as it isn't weighted. In a vacuum I would choose zero abortions over unlimited. But am not willing to give up free speech or have a nanny state in order to get that.

I am a solid states’ rights person on abortion. That’s what overturning Roe did. What is complete bullshit is Kamala continually saying Trump will ban abortion at the federal level when his position on the Constitution and Federalism is known and not changing.
The party actually talking about legalization of abortion at the federal level via legislation are you Democrats. -
