This guy is pretty spot on. The secondary flashes a lot of length. Bruener is going to have a great year. If it wasn’t two handed touch on QBs him and Durfee would have had sacks on Williams at least 4-5 times between them. I’m loath to say it because UW can’t have nice things but Durfee looks great out there. He’s got quick burst and shows good pursuit down the LOS. Isiah Ward and Durfee at the ends looks mighty nice. Hard to judge what both the interior lines look like because it’s a scrimmage. How hard were the DL working on those inside runs that popped? Who knows, but Coleman, Davis and Mohammed all looked powerful and fun to watch. They all hit holes HARD. D. Williams just isn’t there yet. He’s as apt to throw a 20 yard dime over the middle as he is to throw a swing pass at the RBs feet. The second team line was getting abused by the LBs and edge players. Feel like Belichick really moved those guys around the field to create mismatches and overloads for the line. The second unit didn’t handle it well so Demond was always scrambling. Rogers will be just fine if allowed to throw. He’s plenty good and seems to have good command of the offense as well. This team will be in a lot of tight games and Grady Gross might be the difference between an 8 win team and a 6 win team. He was booming FGs. 3/4 on them. 42, 47 and 50 on his makes with plenty of distance. I’d say he might be fairly reliable out to 55 in the right conditions. He’s been in the big moments and has come through in winning time and he looks like he’s gotten even stronger. He’s a stud.
Not that good. At least it didn’t seem that good. I could be wrong. He missed Jackson on a 20 yard out pattern badly. They talked about it after it happened, wasn’t sure if Rogers missed him by five yards or if Jackson ran the wrong route. Something did dawn on me though. Rogers later threw a deep pass to Jackson, not perfect but good enough. A place where only Giles could catch it. Jackson dove for the ball, had it in his hands but couldn’t come up with it. I automatically assumed it was a catch because for two years, that’s a catch. It was weird. Giles made a great catch later on the sideline of the end zone. Great body control. This new group of WR is good. Last years was epic. It’ll be a hard adjustment coming back to earth.
I saw that as well. It sure didn’t seem that way live. I can remember clearly the two misses. A drop and a poor pass/route, both to Jackson. There was a PI on another miss. Maybe he did hit all the others but if you’d asked me right after the scrimmage I’d have said he missed on a handful. I’d also have said Demond missed more than reported as well. I should have charted but I was busy sexting dick pics to TommySQC and others in my group messages. Priorities.
I'm so heated about this shit. 3 true road games, 4 free wins, no conference championship. A halfway decent team goes 10-2 with this schedule and could very well make the playoff. Fuck me, man. This is criminal.
Brett McMurphy doesn't think they will though. He has ND in the Holiday Bowl vs YOUR Warshington Huskys.
A Holiday Bowl victory over these bitches, for the first win over these bitches in program history, is very acceptable to me. I'd probably go.
yeah that’s a shit schedule. ND will probably get in as like a 7 or 8 seed, get lucky and beat the 9 or 10 seed, then get ass-blasted by Alabama or Ohio State.
I can't even talk shit about SEC scheduling no more. They typically only have 3 free wins, and have a conference championship. Notre Dame is a gaped cunt. They will likely be favored by double digits in at least 9 out of 12 games.

No idea who this guy is but here are some notes from the mock game last night.

I thought I read somewhere that Rogers went 21 for 23 or something like that
Sounds average.

I read the same. Some reporter posted “stats” for the game and had Rogers at 21/23 for 266 or something close.
Time to crown his ass!

Blo Dix part two. Hope our SEC xfer can beat his freakin' rival.
As long as he's better than Fifita, I'll be happy
pics or it didn’t happen.
