What's stupid? Tucker said something stupid that cost Fox News 787 million dollars. That's not pocket change, if Fox News thought they could back up his arguments with facts, dont you think they would have gone that route??
Here's the more likely story, Tucker mouthed off without any proof, just going off what some idiot stated. Couldn't prove it. Fox News know he would continue to pedal BS and fired him. Makes perfect sense to me.

A settlement is an actuarial business decision not any definition of the truth or justice.
And who the fuck knows whether the cash Fox paid isn’t somehow laundered back in via Pharma ad buys or god knows what else -
Or if Fox has even made payment on that settlement.
