    Disagree on the 9-11 conspiracy. I doubt that was a plot, more like an opportunity.

    An opportunity to expand federal power. I don't think it matters much what the "truth" is behind the attacks, because if it wasn't 9-11, there would have been plenty of other opportunities for them to get the same end result.

    Gun activists already have legislation ready for the next time some crazy guy shoots a bunch of white people
    Civil rights activists have legislation ready for the next time a white Hispanic shoots a black guy
    Environmental activists have legislation ready for the next time an oil well leaks in the gulf

    Its fucking politics, if you want to get a "comprehensive" law passed you cant let a good tragedy go to waste, you have to push shit through when everyone is outraged, remorseful, panicked, or thinking of children! There isn't time to write a wide sweeping law after the fact. These things are always written by people who are just patiently waiting for the perfect time to press their agenda at the perfect time. It isn't "right" but thats how agendas are pushed forward instead of the typical nudge and creep.

    What about the WTC Building 7? The "truthers" have spread so many lies about this issue its ironic.

    I agree with you about the police state stuff from your previous post and part of the reason we are here now is because of legislation passed after 9/11. However whatever you are suggesting about 9/11 (instead of just saying it, pussy) sounds fucking stupid.
