This is one of my favorite Arizona/Pullman coug butthurtisms actually. It's almost like they don't understand how relationships work in modern recruiting now.
What "Tell" is it that he brought his quarterback of the future, cowbell RB, best DB, and every other player with multiple years of eligibility left with him? Plus is on the brink of a top 15 class with the AZ/CA guys he had been recruiting for years?!
Gee I don't know, usually it means he's building a program but what do I know.
