The decision was not made by biden. He was reportedly pissed that he was forced out. This is how democrat leadership works. They could give two chits that the voters put biden in there. They just took 14 million votes away from dem voters. They could care less about the little people or their rights or freedoms.

There was not one insider who didn't know biden was failing. They knew when he took office, and those of us who are political junkies could see it with our own ears and eyes at least 3 years ago. Yet, rat leadership lied to the American people and biden received millions of votes. They lied and when the lie was uncovered and confirmed, they took away the right of the people to vote.

Another rat crook Rod Blagojevich said it best in the following quote:

What does this say about the Democrats? Not anything good. Pelosi and the other off-stage party elders who maneuvered Biden out of the race are more concerned about their hold on power than the welfare of the American people. It can be the only reason they kept Biden in the race so long, even though they could see behind closed doors what the rest of us saw and were shocked by in the first debate.

The more than 14 million people who participated in the Democratic Party's nominating process now find that their selection nullified by Pelosi and former President Barack Obama, who, former Illinois Democratic Gov. Rod Blagojevich tweeted Sunday, was clearly acting against Biden behind the scenes.
