Possible. The pictured bullet is traveling left to right, based on the known angles, so it's past him already. Hard to say if it's in front of him or behind him. I've been assuming that isn't the bullet that hit him, but maybe? I'm not sure if that shutter speed would capture a wobble or not, or if a nick would even cause a wobble.
My thinking is that whatever bullet hit him would have his DNA on it. Where is that bullet?
