Very nice find.
The stores around here always sold Topps cards in the 80s but Donruss and Fleer were rare. We'd only get those when we'd go to town and could never talk parents into more than a pack or two.

Damn, I bet that one would have REALLY given my tire spokes that motorcycle sound!

Sad what happened to baseball cards. Sounds like this one is worth about $5.

True. I had mine assessed in the early 90s at about 30 grand…when I went to move my shit out after my “practice wife” pulled the pin, they had been “lost”…IIRC, I had 4-5 Nolan Ryan Rookie cards that were about $400 a pop at the tim, and several other high ticket cards.

Creased corner and misaligned borders. Worth $0.30.

I have a big tub of sports cards in the attic - 90% baseball. I probably spent most of my allowance in 1989 on Upper Deck cards trying to land a Griffey Jr. rookie card. Probably more value as fire starter than anything else at this point. I still have a Griffey chocolate bar rotting somewhere, too.

Kindling, Boss.

FMFYFE for 4th grade Throbber putting his initials on literally thousands of baseball cards from the late 60’s and early 70’s

I think you bite your nails - that is all I noticed
