@RoadHead I’m all for it if that’s what the justice system finds. I just want everyone to make sure there is accountability in what they do. For example, I have a big problem with Trump making the argument that he has immunity as president. Disagree.
-
You don't want accountability for everyone
You just proved it
-
How did I prove it?
-
Wanna bet I haven’t already accomplished this? lol
-
So you don't actually believe this NY case, jury and judge is correct? At least you're smart enough to admit you're too much of a coward to bet on the appeal's outcome. Both cases cannot be correct.
-
Biden defied a verdict
You changed the subject
-
I think my position has been fairly consistent. I have no skin in the game and still haven’t accused Trump of doing anything have I? It means nothing to me if he winds up in jail. I just wouldn’t lose sleep over it.
Quite a few of you are struggling with this concept.

"Judge Merchan has ruled against him again and again.
Finally Donald Trump lost his temper and said, “What a moron!”
The judge, flushed with anger, shouted, “$1,000 fine!”
“$1,000 dollars?!” Trump said. “I said three words.”
“Those three words were contempt of court,” the judge said, “and that’s a $1,000 fine.”
Mr. Trump got out his wallet and started looking through it.
Thinking there’s been a misunderstanding, Judge Merchan calmed down a bit and said, “you don’t have to pay now.”
Mr. Trump, “No, I’m just checking to see if I have enough cash on me for two more words.... just two more!”

This statement proves there is no fore-sight or vision coming out of that pea brain of yours.

It hasn't been and your not.

I’m at the point where anyone on my FB feed celebrating this Soviet/Marxlist lawfare is somebody unnecessary in my real life. Bye, don’t need to see your most recent trip to Cabo.
As for the shitheads like @BearsWiin who came here to gloat to strangers and then started crying about his Father-in-law’s situation when mocked for his behavior and lifestyle, you’re the worst of the worst and I’m sure you’re all embarrassments to the successful people in your families.
-
lol you’re disowning people on Facebook? For what? Stupid politics? Bro get a life.

CNN Senior Legal Analyst Describes How The Trump Conviction Was A Political Hit Job
- "The judge donated money... in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations—to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation."
- Alvin Bragg boasted on the campaign trail in an overwhelmingly Democrat county, “It is a fact that I have sued Trump over 100 times.”
- "Most importantly, the DA’s charges against Trump push the outer boundaries of the law and due process."
- "The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor — in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere — has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. Ever."
- The DA inflated misdemeanors past the statute of limitations and "electroshocked them back to life" by alleging the falsification of business records was committed 'with intent to commit another crime.'
- "Inexcusably, the DA refused to specify what those unlawful means actually were — and the judge declined to force them to pony up — until right before closing arguments. So much for the constitutional obligation to provide notice to the defendant of the accusations against him in advance of trial."
- "In these key respects, the charges against Trump aren’t just unusual. They’re bespoke, seemingly crafted individually for the former president and nobody else."
- "The Manhattan DA’s employees reportedly have called this the “Zombie Case” because of various legal infirmities, including its bizarre charging mechanism. But it’s better characterized as the Frankenstein Case, cobbled together with ill-fitting parts into an ugly, awkward, but more-or-less functioning contraption that just might ultimately turn on its creator."

At least they think that Trump had the mental capacity to stand trial. No headlines for the dementia patient that he lacks mental capacity to stand trial? Not that Team Dazzler thinks that mental capacity is important for a puppet.
