So you mean when Netanyahu's IDF told him for weeks that an attack was coming and he chose to do nothing so he could use it as a pretext for genocide… for the slaughter of Palestinian families for the past 8 months?
Fuck Hamas. Absolutely fuck Hamas. But that doesn't mean Netanyahu isn't a bloodthirsty war criminal who wanted this. The guy was about to be ousted by his own countrymen for his criminal administration. He invited October 7th because people would rally around the flag - and it did save his ass - at first.
And if you actually want to understand this game, you should know that Netanyahu had actually been attacking Hamas' political rivals for years because he knew it would strengthen Hamas… so he could have this moment.

But it's not the Jews. It's a faction of genocidal zionists. Same ones who've been at it for decades. Lots of Jews think Netanyahu is a bloodthirsty fuck. And they know that his gratuitous over-indulgence in killing civilians is just going to deepen and prolong the cycle of retribution back and forth.
And before someone says some ill-informed nonsense about how there's always been the back and forth… The fact is that Palestine had long been in a very peaceful period wherein Christians, Jews and Muslims were coexisting relatively well. Right up til when the Zionists started pouring in claiming it was all theirs and trashing existing farms, orchards and towns, because it was god's will and fuck anyone else who was already living there. And much of the west turned a blind eye because after the Holocaust, the Zionists tended to get the breaks.
And if you didn't let them kill as much as they wanted, they screamed Antisemitism. Which does a heinous disservice to the victims of actual antisemitism.
